These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of services by AutoAccess Ltd (company number 16222827), registered in England and Wales. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

OUR SERVICES

AutoAccess Ltd provides mobile auto locksmith services including but not limited to:

All keys lost — vehicle entry and full key replacement
Breach and reach — non-destructive vehicle entry
New key cutting and programming
Key repair

Services are provided across Telford, Shropshire, and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to decline a job at our discretion, including where we are unable to verify ownership of the vehicle.

QUOTES AND PRICING

All prices on our website are starting prices and are provided as a guide only. Final pricing depends on the vehicle make, model, year, key type, and complexity of the job.

A firm quote will be provided before any work begins. By proceeding with the work after receiving a quote, you are accepting that price. We do not charge a call-out fee.

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept cash and card payment on the day.

PROOF OF OWNERSHIP

For the security of all vehicle owners, we require proof of ownership or authorisation before carrying out any work on a vehicle. Acceptable documentation includes:

Vehicle registration document (V5C logbook)
Valid driving licence matching the registered keeper details
Insurance certificate for the vehicle
Proof of purchase or lease agreement

We reserve the right to refuse service if satisfactory proof of ownership cannot be provided. This is a legal and ethical requirement we take seriously.

LIABILITY

We take all reasonable care when carrying out work on your vehicle. AutoAccess Ltd carries full public liability insurance.

We will not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage to locks, keys, or the vehicle that was present before we attended
Any damage caused by a vehicle lock or mechanism that is already faulty, seized, or damaged
Indirect or consequential losses arising from a delay in attending your location
Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If you believe our work has caused damage to your vehicle, you must notify us within 24 hours of the work being completed. Claims notified after this period may not be accepted.

RESPONSE TIMES

We aim to attend within 30 minutes across Telford. Response times to other areas may vary. Stated response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for losses arising from a delayed arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel a call-out, please notify us as soon as possible by phone. Where a technician has already been dispatched and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply to cover travel costs. This will be agreed with you before being charged.
